Items Eligible for Return

• You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• The product must include all original components, be unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Excluded Items

Please note that digital products or any downloadable items are not eligible for return or refund. These sales are final.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please contact us first at hello@mycleverbook.com.
Returns sent without contacting us will not be processed.

We will provide return instructions and authorization. Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return. Without these, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item, and you may not be eligible for a refund if it's lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at wecare@mycleverbook.com with photos of the issue, so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

How to Return Your Item

Once approved, please:

1. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

2. Include all original components and proof of purchase.
